About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. This role will involve providing high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care, and contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing individual needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the creation of best practice guidelines
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and participating in quality improvement efforts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
