Job Summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled SOX Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for leading Sarbanes-Oxley reviews, evaluating processes and controls, and identifying key Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) risks and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and other operational/compliance reviews, operating financial and IT controls.
  • Oversee risk and control matrices, test plans, and respective documentation of walkthroughs and testing.
  • Evaluate processes and controls, draft management comments and recommendations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design controls for new/changes to business processes, systems, and accounting.
  • Evaluate control evidence for sufficiency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Prepare/update SOX process flow charts and narratives.
  • Evaluate control deficiencies and track remediation to completion.
  • Perform special projects around administration, financial analysis, policies, and procedures, and accounting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of experience in compliance field.
  • Experience with audits, audit management, SOX act, risk management models, and frameworks.
  • Experience in Supply Chain a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle, Workday, and software such as Lucernex, HighJump, Green Mountain, Mercury Gate would be considered a plus.

Pay Range

$5, $8,433.70
