Our mission is to provide patients and their families with robust clinical services throughout their acute inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living stays.

We coordinate with hospitalists and specialist physicians and surgeons, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, case management, and psychology at the facility level to provide compassionate and coordinated care.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent and offering competitive compensation packages.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a medical director for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Colorado Springs. As a physician leader, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight and care to assigned patient populations.

You will maintain timely and appropriate documentation of such care and actively participate in medical staff duties. Additionally, you will contribute to quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in the state where he/she practices
  • Board eligible/board certified by the appropriate certifying board
  • Experience preferably in the skilled nursing/post-acute care and/or hospital setting
  • Ability to work independently, understand complex situations, and make sound judgments
