Position Summary:
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment, while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct installation and maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Execute basic machinist duties and mechanical skills, including troubleshooting and repairs of various systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Assist in both minor and major mechanical rebuilds as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong background in mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and product manuals.
• Familiarity with plant-specific electrical equipment and basic troubleshooting techniques.
