GolfSuites is a premier golf-themed entertainment facility that offers a unique and engaging experience for guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Guest Services Team Partner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Support
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide guests to tables and bays, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Explain game functionality and rules to guests, promoting a fun and engaging experience
  • Manage suite and bay assignment systems, optimizing seating to ensure even workload for servers
  • Bus and clean tables as needed, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Manage game system, including setting time, adding time, and monitoring table turn
Requirements
  • Essential Skills
  • Display energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
