Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, and providing exceptional dining experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including revenue, profitability, and quality goals, and ensure efficient restaurant operation.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, including cooks, wait staff, and management team members, to ensure high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events, and recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
  • Education: BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, acute financial management skills, and extensive food and beverage knowledge.
