Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their health is optimized.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1-year Home health RN experience.
