Descripción del Rol

El rol de Técnico de Calidad implica trabajar bajo la supervisión del Ingeniero de Calidad para apoyar diversos aspectos del negocio de Aerostructuras. Las responsabilidades incluyen mantener sistemas de calidad, control de procesos, resolución de problemas y proyectos de mejora continua.

  • Mejorar productos y procesos para cumplir con las expectativas del cliente y mantener los estándares de calidad.
  • Monitorear parámetros de proceso para asegurar la fiabilidad y capacidad, brindando soporte en tiempo real.
  • Participar en revisiones de gestión, auditorías internas e iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Mantener sistemas, procedimientos y equipos de aseguramiento de calidad según los requisitos de la empresa.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de productos y procesos, y ayudar en la resolución de problemas para operaciones sin defectos.
  • Facilitar eventos de resolución de problemas y proporcionar capacitación para la mejora de la calidad.
  • Realizar mediciones dimensionales e interpretar dibujos de ingeniería.
  • Dominio de MS Office y disposición para trabajar en turnos flexibles.
Calificaciones
  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o GED.
  • Se prefiere título asociado o de licenciatura en un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en manufactura.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de mejora continua y sistemas de calidad ISO/AS9100.
  • Capacidad para interpretar dibujos y especificaciones de ingeniería.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
