Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates starting at $20/hour

Shift Details:
Availability for all shifts, including overnight and weekend assignments, is essential. Overtime may be required.

Employment Type:
Full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week, along with eligibility for company benefits including DailyPay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor and survey assigned areas, providing detailed reports on activities.
- Respond swiftly to critical situations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards as necessary.
- Conduct vehicle patrols of client properties (company vehicle provided during work hours).
- Perform routine foot patrols (inside and outside) of client facilities.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must successfully complete an extensive screening process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Capable of de-escalating potentially stressful situations.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- State Security License provided at no cost.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
