The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing the warehouse manager's directives to ensure the timely distribution of food, beverages, and various products throughout the venue. This role involves delivering supplies to all concession stands, portable units, and commissaries while demonstrating adaptability in task assignments. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in designated areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics Coordinator will:
  • Report directly to a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist in the receipt and storage of deliveries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and loading dock area.
  • Restock concession stands with food and beverage items.
  • Inspect concession stands for any deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
  • Assist in relocating equipment as necessary for events.
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties in the concessions areas.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to foster and engage in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capability to comprehend written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds (boxes) is required.
  • Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
$15-$18 per hour
