Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute software test cases based on project requirements and technical design

• Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates

• Document test cases, results, and defects using a test management tool

• Create and manage test data, including data for use by automated scripts where applicable

• Document and communicate project quality over the course of testing, including readiness for release using a standard test process and status reporting template

• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality

• Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase - largely through test information sharing and test data creation for UAT team members using automated processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience

• Experience with test management tools, including requirements, test case, and defect management

• Data testing experience, including writing SQL and working with XML files

• Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal

• Self-starter with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills

• A 'process improvement' mindset
