Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Team Member to join our team at Guy Fieri's DTPHX Kitchen + Bar in downtown Phoenix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Communicate any special requests or modifications to the serving or kitchen staff, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring correct placement of dishes and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by actively listening to feedback and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication and ensure a smooth service experience.
  • May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing tables, and performing other support tasks as needed.
  • Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning, and opening or closing duties as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant and back-of-house areas, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our business.
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certification, Title IV, and/or Food Handler card may be required, depending on the location and role.
Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant or related experience is preferred, but not required.
