Position: Senior Financial Accountant with a strong emphasis on Financial Due Diligence, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Valuation assessments.
Reporting to: Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Location: Not specified
Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $120k to $145k, along with a discretionary bonus of 20%.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50% - Overseeing the Accounting and Reporting functions for the Fund and its associated portfolio companies.
- 20% - Conducting Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and strategic evaluations of the investment portfolio.
- 20% - Collaborating with the investment team to provide strategic insights and financial due diligence on prospective acquisition opportunities.
- 10% - Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the Founder and his family.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in public accounting.
- CPA certification is required or in progress.
