Job Overview

Lawson's Finest Liquids is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beertender to join our team in our Waitsfield, VT, Taproom & Retail operations. As a Beertender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch service to customers in the Taproom, including taking orders, serving beverages, and answering questions about our beer.
  • Sell packaged beer and merchandise in our retail store and assist with inventory management.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Taproom Manager to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and food handling.
  • Participate in sensory training to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on our latest offerings.

Requirements

  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
