Part-Time Beer Server

Lawson's Finest Liquids is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Beertender to join our team in Waitsfield, VT. As a Beertender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in the taproom
- Take orders, serve beverages, and sell packaged beer and merchandise in our retail store
- Engage with customers, answer questions about the brewery and beer, and process transactions accurately
- Clean and maintain a clean and organized taproom environment, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Assist in maintaining a pleasant taproom environment, including temperature, music, and cleanliness
- Assist in Retail merchandise stocking and inventory protocol
- Weekend availability is required
- Experience in the hospitality industry and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
