Primary Responsibilities:- Establish strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Offer therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
