Information Security Analyst II Job Summary

WaFd Bank is seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst II to support the development and implementation of a risk-based information security program. This role will contribute to ensuring the organization adheres to established policies, procedures, and regulations related to information security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal information security risk assessments to meet internal and external compliance requirements
  • Conduct information security third-party risk management reviews and assessments
  • Maintain the information security risk registry and track remediation activities across product teams
  • Work with information security and IT leadership to develop strategies and plans to improve security practices
  • Collaborate on IT and business projects to ensure security recommendations are addressed
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in information security, computer science, or a related field
  • Broad knowledge of information security processes, best practices, and technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
