Job Title:
Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will oversee material flow integration throughout the facility, including designing processes from supplier to shipment of finished goods.

The role involves leading continuous improvement activities by resolving material flow challenges and managing the expansion of material flow processes.

The engineer will develop and maintain best practices for internal and external logistics, focusing on kitting, sequencing, and material handling automation.

Effective communication with materials, supply chain, and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure alignment with objectives.

Additionally, the engineer will oversee indirect labor activities, including defining kitting and milk run operations and calculating process times to maximize labor and space efficiency.

Ensuring smooth material handling and delivery throughout the facility is a key responsibility.
