Senior Account Manager, Military Relations

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead our military relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with EAB's armed forces recruitment partners, driving growth and success through effective campaign strategy and oversight.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience in consultative, strategic, leadership positions managing accounts and/or relationships with key decision makers
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, coaching, and mentoring
  • Relevant professional experience in armed forces marketing or recruitment

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $75,000 - $115,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; 20+ days of PTO annually; and access to a robust employee discount program.
