Motor Pool Attendant

Tacoma Community College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motor Pool Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and general care of our college vehicles. This includes performing basic maintenance tasks, such as inspecting fuel and tire pressure levels, as well as maintaining interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including inspections and cleaning
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle availability, condition, and location
- Review vehicle usage and condition with the Motor Pool Coordinator
- Perform related duties as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience driving, maintaining, and detailing vehicles
- CDL Class B with P (Passenger) endorsement
This part-time hourly position is scheduled to work up to 17 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm. The rate of pay is $17.00 - 20.00 per hour. Work location is at Tacoma Community College's main campus in building 14. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet department needs.
