  • **Investigate and Address Low Efficiencies**: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of low efficiencies and develop plans to address them.
  • **Conduct Visual Inspection of Parts**: Perform regular visual inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • **Participate in Supervisor and Production Meetings**: Attend regular meetings with supervisors and production teams to discuss departmental performance and address any issues.
  • **Collaborate with Management and Human Resources**: Work closely with management and human resources to resolve any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**
