Key Responsibilities- Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find what they are looking for.
- Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
- Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
- Assist with Omni channel processes and other duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
- Physical ability to move throughout the store, stand for long periods, and lift heavy boxes and frames.
Our retail store setting is climate-controlled, and we strive to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers and team members. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and production results.
