Key Responsibilities:
The Automotive Service Center Supervisor oversees the daily operations and business management of the service site to meet established objectives.
Core Duties:
- Directs daily tasks for all team members, including service operations, cleaning, and customer interactions.
- Collaborates with the sales team to set and achieve daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets for memberships and service performance indicators.
- Reviews budgetary goals to pinpoint areas needing attention and enhancement.
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Implements rigorous cleaning and maintenance protocols.
- Manages a team of 6-8 Customer Service Associates (CSA).
- Executes supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies.
- Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating staff; assigning tasks; assessing performance; and addressing employee concerns.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and promotes Chevron Way values and diversity initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to inspire and guide team members with confidence in operational processes and objectives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and convey information effectively.
- Experience in retail or hospitality management is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and active liability insurance.
- Consistently exemplifies Chevron Way values and leadership behaviors.
- Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting of materials weighing at least 20 lbs.
- Periodic travel may be required, either by car or air.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during on-the-job training.
- Proficient in operating a telephone, computer keyboard, and other office equipment.
- Safely operates a motor vehicle.
- Occasional work and travel outside of standard hours and designated areas.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available.

Compensation Range:
