Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Policy Manager to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our Global Security team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized security policies, protocols, and procedures at our facility locations around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with C-TPAT program requirements and maintain a secure supply chain.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party security service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on security policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular security reports to senior executives and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a security management role, with a focus on policy development and implementation.
  • Experience with C-TPAT program requirements and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
