Responsibilities
  • Provide Evidence-Based Medical Care: Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Examine and Treat Patients: Conduct thorough examinations and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Order and Interpret Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing: Use your expertise to order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Provide Referrals and Ensure Patient Records: Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary and ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.
Qualifications
  • Active State License: Possess an active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current National Board Certification: Hold current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • Active DEA Licensure: Maintain active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing: Possess a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Experience and Skills: Have five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred. Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
