Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the oral health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized patient care, making each individual feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.
  • Ensure the proper sterilization of dental instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct thorough examinations to identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
  • Clean and protect patients' teeth by removing plaque, applying fluoride, and placing sealants.
  • Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques, including good brushing habits.
  • Assist dentists in selecting appropriate treatments for gum disease and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Time management skills to ensure efficient patient scheduling.
  • Dentrix dental program experience is a plus, and laser certification is required.
  • Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
