We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing wellness programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a variety of group and individual wellness programs, including exercise classes and workshops.
- Collaborate with volunteers and community groups to implement programs and events.
- Assist with scheduling transportation and driving vehicles as needed.
- Monitor resident attendance and participation in wellness programs.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in wellness programs, preferably with seniors.
- Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record.
- Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one within a reasonable time of employment (as required).
- First Aid Certification.
