Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise convenience store operations, setting expectations for other team members and providing a welcoming, positive environment. You will model exceptional customer service and lead by example. Key responsibilities include leading a positive work environment, recruiting, training, and managing employees, managing inventory, scheduling employees, ensuring the store is clean and safe, and balancing till. You will also provide outstanding customer service and assist with completing daily paperwork and computer entry.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; 1 year of previous managerial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be available to respond to incidents and emergencies.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
