As a Training Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and training new team members to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Conducting quarterly self-assessments at each location to maintain high operational standards.
  • Providing ongoing training and education to both new and existing staff on policies and procedures.
  • Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to foster effective partnerships with management.
  • Collaborating with General Managers and District Managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Managing time effectively to schedule regular visits across all locations.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions from opening to closing hours.

  • Employing basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, for effective communication and scheduling.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends as required.
  • Reliable transportation that meets company vehicle safety standards.
  • Minimum of one year in upper management within the quick-service food sector or a bachelor’s degree in business.
  • Possess an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and celebrating team achievements.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with individuals.
  • Providing consistent feedback to store management regarding team strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Experience with Domino's or a background in training and education is advantageous.
