Position Overview:

Arbors Management Inc. is in search of a meticulous and driven Entry-Level Accountant to enhance our finance department. This position will focus on supporting various accounting functions, maintaining precise financial documentation, and contributing to the overall fiscal health of the organization.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
  • Conduct credit card reconciliations
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly, and annual invoicing
  • Perform data entry tasks using Quickbooks
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather receipts or coding for expenditures
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Accounting coursework or experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google applications and Quickbooks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
