Primary Duties:

  • Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Reconciliation of credit card transactions
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual invoices
  • Data entry utilizing Quickbooks
  • Collaboration with all departments to gather receipts or coding for expenditures
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferably with accounting coursework or relevant experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google applications and Quickbooks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
