About the Job

The Strategic Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining the health of the Thermal Portfolio, driving long-term growth and profitability. This role will involve:

  • Enabling Top-Line Growth: Partner with pricing, marketing, and supply chain organizations to drive growth and prevent market share erosion.
  • Owning Product Roadmaps: Work with cross-functional partners to define and advance products to win in the long run.
  • Understanding Manufacturing Costs: Identify opportunities to drive improvement in manufacturing costs, reliability, and quality.
  • Defining Key Raw Material Strategies: Collaborate with R&D, quality, and supply chain to understand short and long-term risks to the product portfolio.
  • Driving Success of New Product Development: Align internal functions for each stage gate review and ensure new products move the portfolio forward in a strategically-aligned way.
  • Maintaining an Informed View of the Competitive Landscape: Drive discipline in understanding how competitors are approaching the market and identify gaps in the product portfolio.
  • Stepping in to Coordinate Large-Scope Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and success.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Manager with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 6 years of relevant business experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience making agile and sound decisions
  • Previous cross-functional business experience
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Diverse and multi-functional perspectives
  • Political savvy to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Result-oriented with a track record of setting clear priorities and goals and delivering them
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain networks
