Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Success Architect to join our team. As a Solution Success Architect, you will be responsible for supporting new business opportunities with deep domain expertise and commercial guidance on our most complex and important pursuits.

You will work with a team of experts across Korn Ferry Digital and all Korn Ferry channels, coaching the right team of experts to position and sell the KF Sell Platform. Your primary focus will be on large engagements in the Marquee, Regional, and SMB customer segments.

You will have proven experience in enterprise solutions, engagement sales support, delivery management, and have the ability to understand or learn the breadth of what Korn Ferry can offer a client across the full enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales team through active solutioning, client-facing technical demonstrations, technical discussions, integration roadmapping, and value positioning
  • Support sales team in defining clients' underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators
  • Lead the hand-off of key client circumstances, objectives, and expectations to post-sale support and delivery, ensuring delivery of the KF solutions solve for clients' identified needs
  • Support large-scale renewals by partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Delivery in demonstrating ROI and roadmap for clients' ongoing usage
  • Develop and leverage deep domain expertise regarding CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) utilization and integration, sales methodology, sales skills, and the relative import or use case of generative AI
  • Provide active input to the customer-specific product roadmap commitments and represent the customer needs with our Solution and Product Development organizations
Professional Experience/Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of relevant work experience in either a top-tier professional services firm that specializes in enterprise engagements across strategic customers and/or a high-tech firm that has a professional services organization focused on client success and adoption.

Experience as an individual contributor developing and delivering client-facing pitches or demonstrations is also required. Depth of subject matter expertise in learning, leadership, and talent management is a must.

Education

A Bachelor's degree is required.
