POSITION SUMMARY: This role involves overseeing and guiding the Facilities Maintenance team responsible for the upkeep and repair of Easton and its associated properties.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Directs the planning, documentation, and scheduling of preventative maintenance initiatives for shopping center infrastructure and equipment.

· Provides training, mentorship, and sets objectives for the team, ensuring accountability for their duties.

· Manages the Corrigo work order system, including training new staff and verifying the system's functionality.

· Oversees the establishment and documentation of operational procedures within the department.

· Conducts facility inspections and generates reports.

· Assists the Senior Manager of Preventative Maintenance with capital projects.

· Manages relationships with vendors, providing training on the Corrigo work order system and billing processes.

· Responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accurate cost center coding.

· Facilitates communication with retail tenants regarding work orders.

· Coordinates vendor contacts for property equipment repairs and maintenance.

· Manages departmental scheduling, payroll hours, and ensures adequate staffing levels.

· Oversees uniform procurement for the team.

· Performs additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position may expose the employee to outdoor weather conditions and requires frequent walking on uneven or slippery surfaces. The work environment can be noisy, with a mix of office and fieldwork. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers may be utilized.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be met by an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. The employee is regularly required to communicate effectively, stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, and reach with arms. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and kneeling may be necessary. Travel may be a component of this position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· High School Diploma or equivalent; Trade School or College coursework/degree is preferred.

· General knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems is essential.

· Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of the aforementioned systems is required; experience in large campus settings (shopping centers, hotels, universities) is preferred.

· Prior management experience is necessary.

· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, are required. Familiarity with a Work Order program is advantageous.
