Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Pharmatek Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, including robotic systems and control logic.
  • Work with clients to understand their automation needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to clients.
  • Evaluate production metrics and historian data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Highly versed in Allen Bradley Rockwell Controls, including Studio5000 and FactoryTalk SE applications.
  • Experience with FANUC Robotic systems desired but not required.
  • Experience in Commissioning and Qualification, asset delivery, validation activities, and cGMP regulations.
  • Experience delivering and/or troubleshooting automated applications within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to travel to client production sites up to 25%+ (1-2 weeks per month as needed by the project).
