We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare team members as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 1 year of RN ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification.
