Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of women's issues in recovery and the ability to monitor and enforce policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the safety of clients at all times
* Monitor and enforce policies and procedures
* Conduct room searches on each shift
* Ensure camera system and phones are monitored at all times
* Maintain accurate documentation of client vital signs and progress

Requirements:

* Knowledge of women's issues in recovery
* Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team
* Possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record

Working Conditions:

* May work in outside weather conditions or be off-site from normal office location
* May be exposed to blood or other infectious materials

Training and Certification:

* Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation within one month of employment and maintain certification
* Participate in yearly trainings regarding infection control and safety in the environment
