Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a dynamic school district in Massachusetts. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy services, including progress notes and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • For SLP:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution.
    • Current Massachusetts SLP license.
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience in providing speech therapy services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a school team setting.
    • Dedication to helping students achieve their communication goals.
  • For SLPA:
    • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field (SLPA certification preferred).
    • Current Massachusetts SLPA certification.
    • Experience working as an SLPA in an educational setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist in therapy services and support SLPs in achieving student goals.
