Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including site evaluations and quality assurance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and inventory checks of service vehicles.
  • Drive growth initiatives within the service department.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
  • Lead the Technician Training Program to enhance skills within the division.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the dock and door sector is advantageous.
  • Must obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications within 30 days and complete OSHA 30 training within 60 days.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
