Job Description
  • This role involves assessing and prioritizing the needs of residents in our Long Term Care area, utilizing the nursing process to develop individualized plans of care.
  • You will work closely with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of resident care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation is crucial in this position, as you will be responsible for tracking resident progress and outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid SD State licensure as an RN or LPN is mandatory, along with American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience is preferred, but not required. You should possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.
  • Prioritizing tasks efficiently and adapting to changing situations is essential in this role, as you will be working with a diverse range of residents with varying needs.
Compensation Package
