**About the Opportunity**


RS&H is currently seeking a highway engineer to join our infrastructure team.


This role will serve as an integral part of our firm by preparing project specifications, documents, analysis, and reports.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Additionally, the candidate should be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.


We are looking for someone who is proficient in production software and construction document production.


The successful candidate will have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.


Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
