Our ApproachWe're rapidly expanding and seeking great people to join our team. Our primary care physicians are true hands-on caregivers, transforming the health and lives of seniors through our Value-Based Care approach.
What We Offer- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, with admin time already included in your schedule
- Small Patient Panel Size: 450 patients maximum, with an average of once per month
- Light Telephonic Call Load: Triaged and telephonic calls only
