We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team at Avera McKennan Hospital.
About the RoleThis exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, performing clinical laboratory tests and related duties. You will utilize your scientific knowledge and technical skills to ensure quality operations and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $27.50 - $41.50 per hour, dependent on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree with completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program, or equivalent experience/training acceptable to the ASCP or AMT.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist from the ASCP or AMT within one year of hire date.
- A willingness to work day/ evening shifts, every third weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation.
