Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, and safety concerns, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily activity logs and equipment maintenance schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a facilities or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Strong electrical, plumbing, and basic maintenance skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant trade certification or degree preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages an asset.
