About the Role

Marsh McLennan Agency-Northwest is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our Personal Insurance division. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized risk management solutions that meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various referral networks, including wealth advisors, banks, law firms, and other professional services.
  • Personal Insurance Cross-Sell: Evaluate and implement cross-selling opportunities within our local office and across the PayneWest network.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to effectively engage with prospects and drive sales results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Partner with our Client Relations team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to our clients.
  • Sales Performance and Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by leveraging your business acumen and training to increase revenue and build your book of business.
