We are seeking a motivated and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic Women's Health team in General Obstetrics at Albany Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs
  • Document patient history and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Participate in in-office procedures under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture for lab testing
  • Prescribe medication and maintain patient charts
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain inventory of supplies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
  • Previous experience in patient care setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • LPN licensure required
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting frequently. The work environment is fast-paced and requires effective communication and teamwork.
