**Job Summary:**

AEM Components is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product knowledge requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Assist Field Application Engineers (FAE) and outside sales teams with quotes and other sales support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer-facing initiatives and programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional customer service or sales/telemarketing experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
