Role Overview:

The incumbent will be accountable for the service and delivery to one or multiple clients within their specialization (Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, or Middle Office Outsourcing). This involves facilitating team efforts and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery of reports and effective issue resolution while adeptly communicating client needs to internal partners.

Working Model: Hybrid

Our hybrid working model provides the flexibility required, allowing the successful candidate to balance time between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee service delivery to clients within the designated specialization, ensuring adherence to service levels through timely and accurate report delivery.
  • Participate in operational meetings with key clients to maintain strong relationships and service standards.
  • Operate autonomously with a comprehensive understanding of the business unit and its functions.
  • Manage complex projects including strategic change initiatives, new business/product launches, and process re-engineering efforts.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers and Client Service Delivery Managers to address client service needs effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients within the area of expertise, addressing day-to-day inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and address service challenges proactively as they arise.
  • Provide technical guidance for new or complex products/services and oversee the implementation of processes to support these offerings.
  • Deliver management reporting on transactions, including metrics on volume, productivity, and service impact.
  • Assist clients and partners in resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with various operational teams to enhance processes and address client inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance and risk management protocols for the assigned group.
  • Strategically develop and implement programs within functional areas.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and trust systems, is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
Experience:
  • A degree from a college or university and/or relevant work experience is required.
