About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to understand their lawn care needs and provide personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the business
