Key Responsibilities:- Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems.
- Replace system components as assigned, including panels, peripheral devices, and audible/visual alarms.
- Conduct thorough walkthroughs and site evaluations with customers to review work orders and ensure systems meet their needs and expectations.
- Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal verification.
- Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of customers' systems and provide recommendations.
- Maintain safety practices to prevent injury and damage to property.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace/job site to ensure customer satisfaction.
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Good driving record and valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
- Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
- NICET I.
