Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems.
  • Replace system components as assigned, including panels, peripheral devices, and audible/visual alarms.
  • Conduct thorough walkthroughs and site evaluations with customers to review work orders and ensure systems meet their needs and expectations.
  • Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal verification.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of customers' systems and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain safety practices to prevent injury and damage to property.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace/job site to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
  • Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
  • NICET I.
